Soundness and symmetry in the horse refers to the balance and harmony of the musculoskeletal system and its impact on how the horse moves.

As owners, riders, trainers and therapists we are all striving to ensure our horses are symmetrical

and sound qualities essential for optimal health, welfare and performance.

But how do we achieve soundness and symmetry? Is it just a case of correct training, management and therapy?

The Horses Inside Out 2026 Conference will look at the reasons behind why some horses are asymmetrical and why some are uneven or unsound.

With the help of our team of international speakers, all experts in their fields, we will examine how we can keep our horses sound, symmetrical and comfortable, how we can train and manage them correctly, what anatomical anomalies they may have and how to correct or manage their problems.

This dedicated equine science conference is a must attend event for anyone who works in the equestrian industry.

This CPD conference is aimed at equestrians from all disciplines, riders, therapists, coaches, saddlery professionals, farriers, podiatrists, dentists, lecturers, students, vets, breeders, career grooms, and equine business owners -  in fact anyone who is interested in or has to cope with an asymmetrical or unsound horse or who is interested in the health and welfare of horses.
